when is payment due?
A non-refundable retainer is required to book your session. This fee secures your date, covers pre-session planning, and shows a mutual commitment. It ensures we reserve your time and turn away other inquiries for that slot. The retainer is applied to your total session cost. Any remaining session balance must be paid in full prior to the shoot beginning.
How do we get our photos?
You will receive a link to your digital gallery via email. Clients schedule an in person appointment to pick up additional photo products for quality assurance.
Do you retouch photos?
I provide mild retouching to remove blemishes and minor imperfections, while always preserving your natural beauty, body shape, and overall appearance. My approach celebrates positive body image and enhances your confidence without altering who you are.
What's your turn around time?
I work to get your photos to you as soon as possible. Typically, you will receive your finished gallery within 2 weeks of your session. Busy seasons could see a slight delay.
How do we book you?

Do you photograph events?
Because every event is unique, I accept bookings on a limited basis to ensure I can provide the highest level of service and personal attention. Exceptional customer care is central to my process, and I take the time to understand your vision, timeline, and priorities. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.
Can you help us with planning?
Every session is unique! As your photographer, I will guide you every step of the way. It is important to communicate outfit choices, props, and specific pose requests prior to the shoot so that we have a shared vision when your session date arrives. Full session clients receive both a pre-session consultation and a post session design appointment.
How far out do you book?
I book up to three months out at a time. Chat with me to discuss your specific needs. Certain events require further advanced planning!
How do your mini sessions work?
Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back. These sessions last 10-15 minutes and come with 5 fully edited images in a digital gallery with the ability to upgrade. It’s a great option for people looking for a quick photo shoot with a more compact time commitment and a lower price tag. There are limited slots available at these events, so booking early is key.
What should we wear?
Earthy tones (beiges, browns, greens) often work well in natural settings like forests, fields, or parks.
Soft pastels (light pink, lavender, baby blue) work well in spring or light, airy environments.
Bold colors (red, mustard, cobalt) stand out against neutral backdrops, but be careful not to go too bright if the setting is already vibrant.
Avoid neon or tropical colors as they can be distracting in a natural setting.
